Sales Development Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
  • Create qualified leads by and from outbound calling potential customers and converting incoming customer inquiries
  • Work in a team based environment by collaborating with field sales team on target accounts
  • Develop new opportunities and activities at high levels within territories/vertical industries
  • Prospect and conduct high level conversations and superior relationships with C-level, VP, and Director Levels
  • Execute the sales and marketing plan successfully to existing National SME Supply Chain Community
  • On Board National SME supplier community to Fintech platform by targeted calling and preparation and running of Seminars nationally
  • Promote SME receivables finance solution to SME suppliers
  • Maintain mutual relationship and communication with customer and principal
  • Build a small and successful sales team by recruiting suitable sales development representatives with senior management approval
  • Communicating with existing client on a regular basis to update the information relating to existing products.
  • Work with Fintech team to communicate SME client feedback
  • Must be focused on achieving KPI’s and be results oriented
  • Must be prepared to travel nationally
ABOUT YOU :
  • Female and highly competitive personality and seniority between 30 to 35 years
  • Minimum S1 and preferably S2
  • Outbound calling and inside sales/demand generation in corporate sales
  • Ambitious and driven to succeed in sales
  • Have a minimum of 5 years Proven record of accomplishment and over-achievement of goals preferably in IT & financial services
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian both oral and written
  • Demonstrated strong leader and the ability to make good judgments and quick decisions
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Office & CRM skills experience desirable
  • Able to work individually and team
  • Location: West Jakarta
