Sales Development Representative

  • Execute the sales and marketing plan successfully to existing National SME Supply Chain Community
  • On Board National SME supplier community to Fintech platform by targeted calling and preparation and running of Seminars nationally
  • Promote SME receivables finance solution to SME suppliers
  • Build a small and successful sales team by recruiting suitable candidates with senior management approval
  • Maintain mutual relationship and communication with customer and principal
  • Communicating with existing client on a regular basis to update the information relating to existing products.
  • Work with Fintech team to communicate SME client feedback
  • Must be focused on achieving KPI’s and be results oriented
  • Must be prepared to travel
  • Female and highly competitive personality
  • 25 to 30 years old
  • Minimum D3 and preferably S1
  • Have a sales and marketing experience preferably in IT & Banking Industries
  • Have minimum 2 years experience in related position
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian both oral and written
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Demonstrated strong leadership abilities
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Office & CRM skills experience desirable
  • Able to work individually and team
